This product is also recommended for use around schools, restaurants and other public places. For cleaning and disinfecting food handling equipment and utensils, treat with 1 ounce of concentrated product per gallon of water. For heavy duty cleaning and disinfecting, use 2 1/2 ounces per gallon of water. In specific cases of extra heavy duty industrial cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing and deodorizing, a second application may be advisable. For cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing carpet, use 2 ounces per gallon of water in extraction tank. Sanitization: To sanitize previously cleaned and rinsed non porous food contact surfaces, prepare 200ppm active quaternary Telefresh 20 solution by adding 1 ounce of Telefresh 20 to 5 gallons of water. To sanitize mobile items (such as tanks, chopping blocks, counter tops) flood area with 200 ppm Telefresh 20 solution or apply with cloth or sponge, making sure to wet all surfaces completely for at least 60 seconds. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. To sanitize mobile items such as (drinking glasses, eating utensils), immerse in 200 ppm Telefresh 20 for at least 60 seconds making sure to submerse completely. Remove and let air dry. Prepare fresh solution daily or more frequently as soil is apparent.
